getting autokicked after 10 second

please , every time i join to ax server i get auto kicked between 5 to 20 second maximum without any message inside the map that saying ( player galaxy is kicked for ( some reason )) .i have this problem since 1/2/2017
my ping is about 100 to 180 .
my nickname is galaxy,do i have any punishment?.
i hope you help me please
