Merlin still banned ?

Guys, hive this man a chance. I never understood why he got banned in the first place , was it over a year ago.
I noticed today that he was kicked.
The server needs him, awesome player really . He is part of all this..
Some aasholes never get banned , even after multi complaints, spanning years..
I find it very unjust , bullyish , pick on 1 guy in particular.. shallow..
