Shelling tanks at are own main (Unban Please)

Was playing last night about 11 pm EST. Map was Battle Of The Bulge
I play as the name Roundeye.

Some ass I thing his name was Bradton or something like that, He was shelling all tanks
as there were leaving the main base. Every time I got into a tank he was setting there in his tank shelling me
as I was leaving the base.
After this happen a few times, I got frustrated, the next time I spawn I mine him a few times, then I was ban.
I was typing in for any admins to kick him, but no one did. I find it unfair that I got ban for this. And he continue to play. There has to be
something in place for guy that do this, I have seem it on many maps and it is very frustrating.

This guy is well known to be a troll.
I know what you can feel and you're not alone. Until there is no admin I advise you to play on Simple Server. Whatever you can think about this server, it has lot of good admins every hour.
aX is only rules by only 1 or 2 admins sometimes...
