- approximate date/time and map when you got banned
- what did you wrong
- confirmation that you've read the rules and you will follow them from now on
All posts to unban threads that are not relevant to the issue will be deleted
Threads with bans that expired before they could be handled might get no answer, in case attention is still needed, just bump them.
